The FHT50 dining table is a characterful rectangular contract table designed for restaurants, cafés, and hospitality interiors that want something distinctive without sacrificing durability. Its twin pedestal base introduces movement and traditional craftsmanship, while the stretcher rail construction ensures excellent stability for high-use environments.

Twin Sculptural Pedestal Bases

The FHT50 features two sculptural pedestal bases, each formed from four vertical slats arranged in a cross formation. The slats follow a subtle S-curve profile, creating a flowing, serpentine silhouette that adds visual interest and a sense of movement to the design. Positioned beneath the rectangular table top, the twin pedestals provide balanced support while maintaining a strong architectural presence.

Trestle-Style Base with Stretcher Rail and Block Foot Detail

The FHT50 is constructed from kiln-dried beech wood, providing excellent strength, stability, and long-term durability in high-use contract environments. Each pedestal connects to a trestle-style cross base, with the two bases linked by a solid stretcher rail at floor level to enhance rigidity and reduce movement over time. Each foot incorporates a stepped block detail, reinforcing the structure and adding a refined traditional finish.

25mm Ash Veneer Table Top as Standard

The FHT50 comes fitted as standard with a 25mm thick ash veneer table top, offering a durable and refined surface suited to commercial dining environments. The veneer construction provides the appearance of solid wood while improving stability and resistance to movement over time, making it ideal for hospitality use.

Alternative Table Top Options

A range of alternative table tops is available for the FHT51 at an additional cost. Options include 25mm solid ash, 32mm solid ash, 45mm solid ash, 18mm laminate, 25mm laminate, and all-weather tops.
