Ace Furniture is a furniture manufacturing company based in the United Kingdom, with its office and factory located domestically. We pursue a clear mission: to deliver the highest quality furniture to our customers at the most competitive prices. Our environmental policy guides us in managing and reducing our impact on the environment. We uphold reliability, consistency, and quality as our core values.

As a responsible and ethical organisation, we actively manage and improve our environmental performance. Recognising that business operations can negatively impact the environment, we commit to minimising our environmental footprint both onsite and offsite.

To achieve this, we implement the following measures:

  • We recycle all waste materials wherever possible.

  • We reduce paper use by sending invoices and quotations electronically in PDF format.

  • We donate equipment such as computers and printers that are no longer in use.

  • We control energy consumption by using low-energy lighting throughout our premises and shutting down all computers at the close of business.

  • We reuse printer waste paper by utilising the blank sides for notes.

  • We prioritise purchasing products made from recycled materials, including paper towels and printer paper.

  • We select environmentally friendly products such as eco-safe soaps and detergents.

  • We avoid unnecessary travel by using instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, telephone, and email.

  • We source all wood and wood-based materials from renewable European suppliers with verified, accredited credentials.

  • We collect waste wood and repurpose it for domestic wood burners.

  • We reuse cardboard packaging until it is no longer usable, then recycle it responsibly.

  • We gather waste foam and recycle it into recon foam.

  • We carefully plan and routinely review delivery schedules to optimise transport efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, while maintaining effective customer service.

  • We design furniture for durability and low maintenance, ensuring long product lifecycles that offer excellent value and reduce environmental impact.

Ace Furniture fully commits to these policies. Our management team reviews this policy annually, shares it with all employees, and provides training as necessary to maintain compliance and foster continuous improvement.
